Class Descriptions
Flow Yoga
An energizing continuous flow of movement linked with the breath. This class is designed to move with control and awareness. A great class for new and experienced students alike.

Power Yoga
A challenging, heat producing, flowing sequence of postures designed to increase balance, strength, flexibility and inward focus. Yoga experience suggested.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle movements in a relaxed environment allow for stretching and lengthening of muscles and gently supporting hip and heart opening postures. Focus is on relaxing with ease while utilizing the breath to allow the body to open. A great class for all levels.

Restorative
Take time to relax. Props are used to support the body in all poses allowing the body to open, release tension, and naturally restore balance. Come experience deep relaxation and rejuvination.

Yin
Yin Yoga utilizes deep postures held for several minutes to relieve stiffness and allow connective tissue to respond. Hips, thighs, pelvis, and spine are the primary focus. This is a wonderful class and a great compliment to an active (yang) practice.

Yoga Basics
A class designed for new students and those who want to refine the foundation of their physical practice. Postures will be broken down and explained in this fun, yet challenging class. Great for all levels.
